The Landings

We bought our condo in Amelia, but live permanently in North Carolina. Julie was our salvation! This was a high end condominium that needed some renovation, yet we did not know anyone in the area. Not only did Julie work with us on the design, color and furnishings; but she filled the role of general contractor – working with various trades and suppliers from flooring, custom cabinets, window treatments, painting, electricians and HVAC. Work was done on time, within budget and with quality. The result is a place we LOVE to spend time and entertain family and friends. To quote one of my friends “I feel relaxed the minute I walk in the door”. Thank you Julie!

The Mediterranean

Julie is as fabulous as her designs! We simply told her what we felt we wanted in our new home, and what was most important to us, and she delivered beyond our wildest dreams. She listened when we talked about our love of family, comfort, cooking and entertaining. Then she somehow, miraculously put all our hopes and desires into the creation of the most beautiful and perfect home. We never had a single worry. Julie was on site from the start, working with the architect, contractors and landscapers every step of the way. Julie’s decorating skills are incomparable too. She created a home that is so unique and perfect for us that it sometimes seems like a living work of art, yet our home is incredibly comfortable, functional and truly reflects our life. Thank you, Julie! You are Amazing!

Carlton Dunes

Julie Bennett creates beautiful design concepts from vision to completion. We have worked with Julie to build and furnish two beach condos that "function" for our family. The first, a more colorful and fun retreat that worked for the young families, and the second, an environment more sophisticated in design for grandparents, parents and the now "teenagers". We have a retreat for "Pops" , a playroom for video games, a tv nook in the kitchen, custom furniture and other comforts for the large family gatherings. Happiness is!! Thanks Julie!
